FAQs
How long does the process take?
Timelines vary based on licensing, documentation, and role availability. After the intake call, we move into a matching phase and will outline your expected steps and timing.
Can my family come with me?
Absolutely. Our legal team will guide you on the simple documentation needed for your family's application.
How much does this cost? How do you make money?
Our guidance, placement, and legal support services are 100% free for you. We are compensated by U.S. employers who pay a fee to hire talented nurses through our platform. You will only need to pay for mandatory third-party application fees (e.g., CGFNS VisaScreen®, state license).
What do these jobs pay?
Pay varies widely by location, specialty, and shift. We’ll discuss your goals on the intake call and share pay ranges for specific openings as we match you to roles.
